Indications:
Regulates menstrual cycle and can help reduce symptoms of PMS and menopause
Reduces dull, throbbing pain associated with menstrual cramps, rheumatic pain, fibromyalgia and prostatic or testicular cramping
Preferred Preparations: tincture
Taste: earthy, slightly mushroomy
Contraindications: avoid use during pregnancy, breastfeeding and in conjunction with blood thinners and blood pressure lowering medications. Large doses can cause headache, nausea and dizziness.
