  • Traditionally used longterm for its vitamin and mineral content and to enhance proper detoxification, useful for chronic skin conditions, gout and rheumatoid arihritis

  • Improves circulation in the brain for increased alertness, memory and mental clarity

  • Topically used for rashes, psoriasis, eczema and acne

Preferred Preparations: infusion, tincture

Taste: sweet hay

Contraindications: not for use during the last month of pregnancy, with pregnancy complications, or around surgery due to blood thinning effects
