Indications:
Encourages expectoration and is indicated for wet coughs, including those from asthma, pertussis, pneumonia, and whooping cough
The inulin content acts as a prebiotic to support a healthy gut microbiome and improves digestion and assimilation
Increases digestive secretions & reduces gut inflammation
Preferred Preparations: decoction, syrup, tincture
Taste: bitter + slightly sweet
Contraindications: not for use during pregnancy. Limit use while breastfeeding. High doses can cause GI upset.
