Indications:

  • Reduces menstrual cramps and spasms in the gut associated with gas, colitis, Crohn’s disease, and IBS

  • Topically soothing to sore muscles and joints, neuralgia, burns, bruises, strains, and sprains

Preferred Preparations: glycerite, honey, infusion

Taste: slightly sweet + floral

Contraindications: Lavandula angustifolia is generally regarded as safe
